Reservation Policy

At Pasolimo, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, due to the high demand for our services, we have implemented the following cancellation policy to ensure fair and efficient scheduling.

1. Cancellation Charges:

• Less than 24 hours notice: A fee of 50% of the total service cost (excluding tips and applicable taxes) will be charged if a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time. This is because we cannot fill the reserved time slot on short notice, resulting in lost time and revenue.

• More than 24 hours notice: A fee of 30% of the total service cost (excluding tips and applicable taxes) will be charged if a cancellation occurs more than 24 hours in advance.

2. Rescheduling Policy:

• To reschedule your service without incurring any penalties, please contact us at a least one week before the scheduled service date. Rescheduling request made within one week of the service date will be subject to the above-mentioned cancellation fees.

3. Booking Confirmation:

• To secure a booking, a deposit of 30% of the total service cost is required. The remaining balance is due before the start of the service.

• All trips are non-refundable and subject to changes or cancellations under the conditions mentioned above.

4. Last-Minute Bookings:

• If the service is scheduled less than one week before the date, any cancellation or change will immediately incur a charge of 30% of the total service cost. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a 50% charge will apply.
